Blueberries for weight loss

There are many ways that allow women to be beautiful and young in any situation, regardless of life circumstances: hairstyle, makeup, fitness, manicure, pedicure. Modern beauties sometimes have enough skills to put themselves in order on their own.

However, it is worth recognizing the fact that cosmetics can do a lot, but not everything. It is much easier to help those women who daily take care of maintaining their shape, paying attention not only to the figure, but also to the state of health, because it is not for nothing that the concepts of “beauty” and “health” often accompany each other. One of the gifts of nature that helps to be beautiful, healthy, and at the same time lose weight is blueberries.

Blueberries have long been known as a storehouse of vitamins and nutrients. It is a super powerful antioxidant that preserves youth at the cellular level. It contains a lot of trace elements and vitamins that are essential for the human body: phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, B vitamins, carotene, ascorbic acid, vitamin C, pectin, all kinds of organic acids.

Thanks to these properties, blueberries have a beneficial effect on vision and hematopoietic activity, help resist the development of tumors, and strengthen the immune system. However, not everyone knows that blueberries promote weight loss. This effect is achieved due to the fact that the berry has a very low calorie content — 40 kcal per 100 g, as well as its ability to speed up metabolism. In addition, blueberry juice helps cells absorb glucose, lowering insulin levels and forcing the body to convert fats into energy.

For diet lovers, I immediately want to note that a blueberry mono-diet is not recommended — eating berries alone during several days will inevitably lead to constipation, as they have an astringent effect. It is much better to combine blueberries with other dietary products, trying to balance the diet, in this case it will bring the greatest benefit.
