Exercise 1.

After that, we continue the contraction, after which there is a hold and continue again. It turns out a kind of elevator. As a result, you should be able to climb to the 4th or 5th floor. Accordingly, the “descent” goes exactly the same way.

Exercise 3.

For this exercise, you should tighten and relax the intimate muscles. You need to do this as quickly as you can. As a result, a feeling of so-called «trembling» should appear. This exercise should be repeated at least 10 times.

Exercise 4.

It will take you some time to make muscle contractions to create the feeling that you want to pull in object in the vagina. In this case, you should hold the muscle tension for 5 seconds or more.

Exercise 5.
