Exercise for slim hips

Hips are one of the most problematic areas of the female body. This is due to the physiological characteristics of the body — it is in this area that nature tries to accumulate strategic reserves that may be needed for successful reproductive function.

For this simple reason, losing weight in the hips is not an easy task. But every girl wants to show off in mini or trendy trousers. Jeggings, which every fashionista needs to buy this season, perfectly fit the body.

On the one hand, thanks to their elasticity, they help to hide the flaws of the figure, but on the other hand, they emphasize the advantages, so it is much better when they fit the perfect hips, attracting admiring glances.

To make your hips look great , you can try the following set of exercises.

Starting position — feet shoulder-width apart, feet turned so that the socks are directed in opposite directions, hands rest on the hips. Slowly, to feel the tension of each muscle, we squat until the hips are parallel to the floor, linger at this point for a few seconds, then just as slowly return to the starting position.

We perform 3 sets of 15 times. Lunges forward. We take a step forward with the left foot, sit down until the right foot touches the floor with the knee. We return to the starting position, change the leg. We perform 15-20 times for each leg. We lie down on our back, bend our legs at the knees.

We straighten and raise one leg, while the press is as tense as possible, arms along the body. On exhalation, we raise the pelvis, strain the muscles of the back and lower back, and return to the starting position.

We take emphasis on the knees and elbows. Straighten one leg, do a swing up. We try not to bend the lower back.

Repeat 15-20 times for each leg. This exercise has a particularly good effect on the “riding breeches” area. The starting position is the same as in the previous exercise. Having straightened the leg, we make circular movements with it.

We perform this complex 3-4 times a week (best of all — every other day), and admire our reflection in the mirror.
