Charlotte with cottage cheese and apples

A very simple recipe for a delicious variation of the popular apple charlotte with cottage cheese. Cottage cheese-apple pie is tender, juicy and airy. Treat your loved ones with an incomparable delicacy.


Cottage cheese 5% — 250 gr
Apples — 200 gr (2 pcs)
Chicken egg — 3 pcs
Butter — 120 gr
Wheat flour — 240 gr
Sugar — 150 gr
Salt — 1 pinch
Baking powder — 1 tsp


Beat the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt with a mixer until fluffy foam.
Add cottage cheese and butter at room temperature to the beaten eggs, beat with a mixer for another 3 minutes.
Sift the baking powder mixed with flour into the dough. Gently mix the mass at medium speed of the mixer.
Cut the apples into slices.
Pour the dough into a greased form. We spread the apples on top of the dough, slightly pressing into the dough.
Bake Charlotte in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 45 minutes.
