< br>If you want to treat yourself to a delicious cake, prepare the Anthill cake — an exquisite and unusually impressive dessert. Usually the Anthill is prepared with nuts, and we will add fruits — summer is in the yard, but you can also add nuts, it will turn out even tastier.


Butter — 125 g
Egg — 2pcs
Sugar — 4 tbsp. l.
Milk — 4 tbsp. l.
Flour -3 cups


Fruits (apricots, peaches — any) — 200 gr
Walnuts (or any other) optional — 100 g
br>Condensed milk (boiled) — 1 ban.
Grate the sugar with the egg.
Add milk and melted butter.
Add flour and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into 2- 3 parts and put in the freezer..
Taking the dough out of the freezer, grate it on a coarse grater and put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake the grated dough in several passes (the dough crumbs should not lie in a thick layer) at 160 degrees, about 10 minutes. The crumbs should turn golden.
Peel and cut the fruit into small cubes, I have apricots.
Chop the walnuts.
Mix the finished crumb with boiled condensed milk, fruits and nuts.
