The Tinder app, the lawsuit says, “knew” that a serial rapist had signed up for it. Of course, the owner, who is Match Group, knew. There was a similar personality on the Hinge app. For information, these are dating sites.

About the rapist. Stevenon Mathewzo, a Denver cardiologist, was found guilty of drugging and/or sexually assaulting 11 women between 2019 and 2023. In October 2024, he was sentenced to 158 years in prison.

Of course, he was not released early. He just contacted girls on these sites. His Internet adventures were exposed, but no one forbade him to continue making acquaintances.
