The guy, Joe Osbourne, made his debut with his Mojoz Gummicone last week on Cone Con Xrust. Its innovative ice cream is the world's first edible marmalade horn, similar to a candy filled with ice cream.

The idea of ​​such a ice cream glass arose ten years ago. He even remembered the moment — the thought slipped at the intersection of 2nd and Tasker in Southern Philadelphia. Since then, he traveled all the states, establishing the production of such cups.

He is proud that there is no gelatin at all in the glass. Such is replaced by gelatin -like substances. He does not reveal the secret, but admits that the basis is Carragan. It is produced from seaweed, does not contain gluten and is suitable for vegans, so anyone who cannot eat traditional ice cream in the mug can eat it.

Mojoz Gummicone is presented in three tastes: strawberries, mangoes and lemon. Thanks to its debut on November 13, this day is now officially called the National Day of Ice Cream.
