Ingredients:
400 gr cornstarch (if needed, you can add more)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
150 gr butter or margarine (room temperature )
Vanillin
Baking powder — 1 tbsp. spoon
Preparation:
Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl — starch, powdered sugar, baking powder, vanillin, mix.
Add eggs and softened butter or margarine.
Knead the dough with your hands, it should not stick to your hands.
We form balls, make a relief with a fork and put them on a baking sheet.
In the oven turned on in advance with a temperature of 180 °, put a baking sheet. At this temperature, bake the cookies for 10 minutes.
Remove the hot cookies from the oven, remove with a spatula from the baking sheet and let cool. After the cookies have cooled, they will become crumbly and crispy!
