New Paranormal Activity Movie Produced by Blumhouse-Atomic Monster

The new film “Paranormal Activity” will again scare moviegoers with a sequel. Previous episodes grossed $900 million. Blumhouse — Atomic Monster and Paramount Pictures are working on the new film.

The new film is being produced by James Wan, writes xrust. He also directed the successful Conjuring franchise. Wang is attached to Blumhouse-Atomic Monster and Oren Peli, the creator of the original Paranormal Activity, to Solana Films. The plot is still under wraps.

The first film, 2007's Paranormal Activity, grossed nearly $194 million worldwide. Since then, the horror film franchise has expanded to include seven installments, including Paranormal Activity 2 (2010), Paranormal Activity 3 (2011), Paranormal Activity 4 (2012), Marked (2014), The Ghost Dimension (2015) and Next of Kin (2021).
