The soundtrack and voice acting also caused admiration.

The game on the Unity engine has not yet achieved great commercial success, although it is not so bad for the indie release. According to Steamdb, The Drifter reached a peak of 445 simultaneous Steam players on July 19 and currently takes 148th place in the list of “best sold games” Valve, which tracks all recent income from games, including direct purchases, microtransactions and subscriptions.

The scientific and fantastic adventure game has not yet have an exact release date. However, Powerhoof previously confirmed that it plans to release The Drifter in ESHOP until the end of 2025, that is, somewhere over the next five months.
