Linux 6.13-RC7 came out as the latest weekly radical 6.13. The ended “holidays” allowed the developers to do business.
Linux 6.13 Still on the way to release in a stable form in the second half of January, writes Xrust . Linux 6.13 promises to be good, and, as expected, Linux 6.13-RC7 has really made changes. Here is what Linus Torvalds wrote about the update.
The holidays made the developers rest. But then everything spun. This RC7 is slightly more than usual, but, given the time, it approximately corresponds to expectations, and nothing special stands out. Diffstat looks good, and the attached Shortlog also does not look strange.
If the next week does not bring surprises, the final version 6.13 will appear. This week will become a breakthrough. Linux 6.13 Stable may be released on the next Sunday of January 19.
