LG announced the development of 9.7″ color and 19″ flexible displays

The display market has now become much wider than it was before some time ago. In addition to the usual liquid crystal displays, which remain the most commonly used in various modern devices, a wide niche is occupied by gadgets equipped with displays with electronic ink technology. Many manufacturers are investing heavily in creating new displays; we recently wrote about the ambitious plans of Qualcomm, which is investing $2 billion in creating Mirasol displays.
