But most importantly, scientists, physical activity found out. You need to run, perform exercises with a feasible load. It was such a way of life that was united by 1400 people who passed before the researchers.
It is interesting that most long-livers did not visit the gyms. They trained at home. Often improvised means or using your own weight.
