Depression will go away when the brain is exposed to a stimulant. The device was developed by Flow Neuroscience. The American Ministry of Health has authorized its use at home.

Depression will be treated with the Flow FL-100 device, writes xrust. It delivers a gentle electrical current to the part of the brain that regulates mood, and is designed for home use under remote monitoring. This is the first such device approved in the United States.

This device is approved for the treatment of moderate to severe depressive disorders in adults 18 years of age and older, either as a stand-alone treatment or in combination with other treatments, provided that patients are not considered drug-resistant.

The retail price of the new product will be in the range $500~800.
