The Loulette Bride boutique in Brooklyn organized an event for former and future brides. The goal is to pass on the bride’s former outfit to the future betrothed. After all, practice shows that after the celebrations, the wedding outfit is hidden forever in the closet. It would be more rational, of course, to sell it at a discount or exchange it.
The idea of exchanging wedding accessories was implemented by the owner of the Loulette Bride boutique and the wedding event organizer of the Greener Unions company, xrust reported. They recall that on the first day, when the doors opened, a line of brides rushed into the hall, each carrying bags full of new or slightly worn wedding dresses. They contained dresses, veils, evening bags, shoes and many other things.
In the boutique, women entering could exchange dresses indirectly. Those entering were given multi-colored synthetic stones, which then served as a “code” for exchange or purchase.
Some exchanged things with each other, others, having given away their wedding dresses, chose dresses posted by the boutique.
In general, most of the women left triumphant. They carried bags loaded with gifts. Those who didn't find their wedding dress left with other wedding clothing options, such as hair accessories and banquet and dinner outfits.
