The Russian software industry is entering a phase where artificial intelligence ceases to be an auxiliary tool and is increasingly becoming a participant in the development process — from writing code to testing and maintaining systems.
The corporate sector is already using solutions where AI helps developers not only suggest code fragments, but also perform entire tasks: from generating modules to automatically checking and correcting errors. In a number of Russian IT companies, such systems are used in real products — especially in the fintech, telecom segment and industrial software, where speed and stability of releases are important.

In parallel, the direction of automated processing of the air situation is developing: counter-drone systems use algorithms for analyzing signals and trajectories to quickly identify threats and reduce reaction time.
In fact, it is the defense circuit that becomes one of the most “tough tests” for AI systems: where an error costs the most, technologies move from the experimental stage to industrial operation the fastest.
As a result, a single trend is emerging: programming in Russia is gradually turning into a process of joint work between humans and AI, where algorithms take on the routine and part of the engineering solutions, and humans retain the architecture and control of critical systems.
