One portal instead of ten tabs: how I figured out the social contract

I'll tell you how it is. When I was just approaching the topic of the social contract, I had about fifteen tabs in my browser: somewhere about family income, somewhere about a business plan, separately about commissions, separately about reporting. My head is spinning. The information is scattered, half is outdated, and it is completely unclear where to start from this matter.

The turning point happened when I found one specialized resource where everything was collected under one roof — a blog, calculators, ready-made business plans, simulators for the commission. Essentially, this is a portal of online services under a social contract, and this is where I advise everyone who wants to receive money from the state for their business to start, and not drown in a dozen scattered articles.

What is a social contract anyway

In short and without red tape: this is an agreement between a person and the state. You are given money, and you undertake to spend it usefully — to open a business, develop a personal subsidiary plot, learn a new profession, or simply get out of a difficult situation. The program is designed for the poor, that is, those whose income per family member is below the regional subsistence level.

The best part is that you don’t need to return the money. This is not a loan or an installment plan. The main condition: do what you signed up for and report. It sounds simple, but in practice it is the preparation of documents and calculations that takes the most effort. And this is where the portal really helps out.

What is on the portal and why it was useful to me

I went through all the sections and sorted them out for myself:

• blog — live analyzes of real situations, reasons for refusals, latest conditions by region; easy to read, without dry formulations;

• catalog of ready-made business plans — dozens of options for different niches, already with calculations, so as not to make up numbers from your head;

• calculators — family income, budget, project estimate; you enter the data and immediately see whether you meet the conditions;

• business plan constructor — a step-by-step service that assembles a document in fifteen minutes instead of several days;

• simulator and testing — prepare for defending the project before the commission, so as not to get lost on questions.

Why did I visit the blog

I’ll make a special mention of the blog. Here I found answers to questions that I didn’t even know how to formulate. For example, what expenses the commission will definitely not approve, why they refuse because of small details in the application, and how to correctly describe family income. I literally rewrote my first draft based on articles from the blog — and it became many times more convincing.

In summary, I will say this: a social contract is a working thing, but without normal preparation it is easy to enter into it and immediately be rejected. When all the tools are in one place, you don’t get scattered, but move along a clear route: check your income, choose an idea, put together a business plan, prepare for the commission, submit a report. It worked for me.
