An absolute favorite of recent years. This coating is very similar in structure to a delicate soufflé or marshmallow: it cuts perfectly and does not stain your hands at all.
What to prepare:
- Instant gelatin granules — 5 g
- Drinking water — 6 tbsp. l.
- White sugar — 180 g
- Lemon juice — a few drops to taste
Creation process:
Fill the gelatin granules with two tablespoons of cool water and set aside to swell for ten minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar with the remaining water. Heat the mixture on the stove until the grains are completely dissolved (no need to boil the syrup). Remove the saucepan from the heat, add the swollen gelatin mass and stir thoroughly.
Now arm yourself with a mixer and beat the hot mixture at maximum speed. You will see how the liquid turns into a lush snow-white cream before your eyes. Finally, add some lemon juice.
Important: This composition sets at lightning speed. Cover your baked goods with it immediately after whipping!
Method 3: Express option without using raw eggs
A safe and fastest alternative for those who do not want to risk their health or simply save time.
What to prepare:
- High-quality milk powder — 4 tbsp. l.
- Thick condensed milk — 4-5 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice — 1 tsp.
Creation process:
In a deep bowl, combine all three components. Grind them thoroughly with a regular spoon until all the lumps disappear and you get a smooth paste. If the consistency seems too thick, just add a little more condensed milk. The mass lies smoothly and has a pleasant creamy aftertaste.
