
Conor McGregor, Former featherweight and lightweight champion, was suspended for 18 months. The reason was a violation of anti-doping policy.
Conor McGregor, the MMA organization told xrust, missed three attempts by the Anti-Doping Commission to take biological samples from him in 2024. He could not be found on June 13, September 19 and September 20, officials said.
McGregor subsequently cooperated with the CSAD investigation and admitted responsibility. He also informed the organization about the reasons for missing tests. Taking into account his subsequent conduct and circumstances, CSAD reduced the standard 24-month sentence. The disqualification will begin on September 20, 2024. Ends March 20, 2026.
McGregor, who has not competed in the UFC since breaking his leg in his last fight with Dustin Poirier in July 2021, said he wants to fight as part of the proposed fight program at the White House next June year.
