Coco Rocha shared details about how she managed to deliver her huge Christian Siriano dress to the premiere of The Devil Wears Prada 2. She was traveling on public transport.
The 37-year-old supermodel shared a video on Instagram on Thursday, April 23, showing the process of preparing her huge fluffy ballgown with a black and white polka dot pattern for the premiere of the sequel to “The Devil Wears Prada” in New York.
Roshi's funny video, writes xrust, begins with a man at the station asking her: “Are you going dancing tonight?”, to which she replies: “I'm going to the cinema,” standing on the platform in her evening dress.
The clip, set to Madonna's «Vogue», shows makeup artists and hairdressers working on Roshi's look before she dons the dress, which she says had to be sewn and pinned in place after the zipper broke.
In the 2006 film The Devil Wears Prada, Anne Hathaway played Andrea «Andy» Sachs, a recent college graduate trying to find her place in the world of journalism when she takes a job as Miranda Priestly's second assistant (played by Meryl Streep), the hard-edged and legendary fashion editor of the fictional New York magazine Runway.
In The Devil Wears Prada 2, which hits theaters May 1, Priestley «attempts to build a career in the decline of traditional magazine publishing and faces off against Emily Blunt's character, who is now a high-ranking executive at a luxury group with advertising budgets, which Priestley desperately needs,” reads the official synopsis.
